Working together for Yemen’s communities.

The International Initiative on COVID-19 in Yemen is a collaborative partnership of businesses and international organizations supporting Yemen’s response to COVID-19, at a critical time for the country and its people.

The global COVID-19 pandemic presents yet a further major threat to Yemen’s population, which continues to experience the effects of what the UN has referred to as “the world’s worst humanitarian crisis”.

IICY partners have joined together to work collaboratively to support international organizations and the Yemeni authorities and help tackle challenges on the ground generated by the emergence of COVID-19 in Yemen.

IICY will seek to help strengthen Yemen’s resilience and help clinical and scientific experts to respond effectively to COVID-19, by donating much needed supplies and equipment and making use of its partners’ collective operational expertise, resources and knowledge to support relief efforts.

Supporting Yemen’s communities: Voicing our support for Yemen’s healthcare workers, population and communities as they tackle the challenges generated by COVID-19: demonstrating solidarity and collaboration at this uncertain time for all.

Contributing to Yemen’s response: Sharing information and expertise collaboratively and contributing resources, materials and equipment to support the authorities’ response to COVID-19.

The International Initiative on COVID-19 in Yemen believes in the power of partnership. We are united in our desire to help Yemen in its time of need.
